Team building feels restrictive to me. Recommend me some.

(Disclaimer. Long post. Lots of potential skill issue ranting/whining below, be warned. I'm not very good at this game. And yes I know there's previous posts on this sub asking this same question but I haven't found a satisfying answer yet.)

Currently at Obsession. The number 1 issue I noticed from my many, many reruns from Denial to Resentment is that all the worst enemies in this game are things that sit in the back rank. Tangle Drummers and Bishops, Cultist Altars and Cherubs, Widows, all the lair bosses minus the Dreaming General (and even that one needs you to target something in the back for his gimmick), the Collector (Fuck this one especially, they somehow made him even worse than the first game), and almost anything in the Shroud.

I've been trying to build teams and trying out different characters, but the whole 2 acts I felt forced to use Iron Swan Helion and Sharpshot Highwayman in every single team because of the aforementioned issue (Both my successful runs against the Confession bosses is using these 2). There's also Deadeye Grave Robber but she feels like a weaker Sharpshot to me, so I only use her when I get bored of Sharpshot and want Dismas to be a frontline dancer with Duelist advance (my favourite way to play him back in the first game). I've tried DOT options like Runaway and Plague Doctor but enemies kept resisting burn/blight even outside the Sprawl/Foetor respectively (And I want to go to these two places cause they have the best music don't @ me).

Speaking of Plague Doctor, I also felt forced to bring her in every single run cause the other healer options are either RNG like Occultist or inconsistent like the new Vestal. Crusader's heal is nice but running him as a solo healer doesn't feel as good when he has other things to do like attacking, stress healing, tanking hits, etc, unlike Plague Doctor who can chill in the back and heal on reaction without much worry.

None of these problems are that pronounced to me back when I played the first game when Arbalest/Houndmaster existed for backline killing + there's not that many annoying backline enemies to begin with (or at the very least none that are that deeply imprinted into my mind the way this game's enemies do), and Old Vestal/Flagellant were consistent healers without conditions tied to them.

Hence the title. Running the same 3-4 characters every single time just to win gets very boring. Tell me what teams you guys run so I can try them out.
