Hi everyone, i’m planning to travel to the Galápagos in mid august, something like a 2 week land based trip Booking all the activities in advance, i was thinking 10-25 of august.

My questions are:

Do you think it is a good period to visit?

Is there anything i have to be aware of in this particular time of the year?

Is it more dangerous to snorkel and hop from one island to another?

Do I have to buy my own gear or can I rent everything i need there?

Is there any food centered expirience? Like a place where you have to eat at least once in your life? (Even if the price is very high or something)
