I know Silver seas is in progress but this is the most exciting one for me. Even the teaser is so cool. What are your ideas about how they will be?

I am a bit concerned they usually follow a pattern when a DLC contains a new major transformation, the next DLC doesn't have. I hope they make fey major transformation. You know there is ice major transformation in silver seas.

I expect them to start to show details on february. Rise of ruins released on march 9

One of my favorite playstyles is to terraform all map, seriously having fun. But now it is changed in mantra beta. Why? for MP? I hope it doesn't go main :(

I am so happy we will have cities on water but not at turn 1 due to technical reasons I heard. Honestly, this is partially disappointing.

If it is not possible start completely on water, could they make throne cities start on a single land province but all adjacent provinces are water?

^(To catch feeling of water focus gameplay :D)

I don't know if they argued before but ascension traits and secret spells should have two separate slots for pantheon rulers when they ascended.

- Why? Diversity, different combinations, fun

- Too op? Secret spell are already op. If there is a concern for multiplayer, just disable them at the start of game

I understand it is designed to be pure tank but a T5 unit doesn't have a second skill is a bit shallow. Weak or not a second skill could be added.

Also penguins are amphibious but they still have movement penalty in combatmaps like swamp pools. Is the design intentional or bug?

It is long and sometimes tiring to access them not only shrouded gates but also third obelisk location which spawns on the other side of the map. And when I finally open they do not have the secret spells I was looking for.

- Is there any easy tactic to find out locations and what they contain?

- How many shrouded gates spawns in a very large map size games?

- Is AI cheating? I saw there are 3 4 gates next to their crown cities at turn 35

In sprite beta, they added this new penguin unit type/tag which reminds me old spider unit type. There was no effect but now it is updated. ​Also new major transformation in DLC makes your racial units spider type.

Do you think they will do the same update to penguin unit type or is it just meme? :D

This is the tome I wanted to see most in this expansion so I wanted to share.

There is also SPI which provides recruiting spider units + food and draft.

I also wanted to see a province feature which makes provinces webbed, slows enemy in world map and adds web to combat map would be so cool, similar to misty from tome of fey mists.

There are 3 new society traits in this season If I didn't miss.

I like the ideas of these traits, but I think it is hard to get their value. I don't know maybe I use them wrong or something else but I feel they do not shine like previous traits.

What do you think about them and how do you use them?

In previous posts I saw some people were asking this transformation but I had no clue what it was. Anyone knows about them? what they do? in lore? Stri.. something. I can’t remember.
