I work remotely as a Customer Service Representative and my team is looking to hire a few more people. I’m not a recruiter—I’m just referring candidates because we’re expanding.
The job is 100% remote and involves answering inbound calls and scheduling appointments for U.S. home service companies (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
Pay: $16–20 USD/hour (depending on experience)
Requirements:
- Native or near-native American English.
- Professional phone presence.
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not always required.
