Now my game just crashes if it doesn't reconnect to my internet after a few minutes and of course I'm going to say it didn't do that before SU5 because it didn't lol.

This time it reconnected and it still crashed about a minute afterwards... can not win lol.

Doesn't help my ISP for *some* reason likes to mess around with our internet every single night.

I've booted the sim twice since the update two days ago I think and I haven't had the memory error pop up... or am I knocking on wood???

Do you think there a ever chance they can find the missing blade that fell off Olympic?

It obviously would be in as perfect shape as Titanic's and it would be cool as a museum piece...it also wouldn't be considered robbing a grave since Olympic didn't sink.

Currently there's no Olympic class propeller on display (above surface) anywhere, it would be cool to see how massive the props were up close.

I imagine the technology is there, but someone has to fund the expedition.

I live with roommates and they're annoying, sometimes when they're home they take up the internet so it bothers my sim sessions.

Should I just get something for my own room? If you've done it- does it make any difference in the performance of the sim?? 95% of the time it does still run well and I never have frequent problems with our internet disconnecting.

Something positive and fun on this thread for once!

Recently beat my irl DEN>LAX flight by a whole two minutes in sim, so I was pretty happy with myself at that one😂.

I always have a hard time trying to move the cockpit camera (when setting up camera angles) outside of the plane, it's like the developers lock you inside the Airbus.

I've only been able to break out of it, but with a miraculous glitch that let's me out the plane, or i have try very hard to break out a wall lol.

Anyway I can possibly make this easier?

I've been away a few days from home hoping when I get back home things would be better on the ps5 end of things, but it doesn't seem that will be the case.

Are we really having to wait until SU6 for the issue to be fixed?

Honestly still open to getting an Xbox and fs2020 since I hear that one is more stable by now.

As the title suggests...

Disappointed I can't seem to go through any flight longer than two hours before the sim crashes out on me (PS5). I've done the little self-troubleshooting I could (cleared ps5 cache, and even uninstalled/reinstalled the entire game) no positive results.

I pretty much only bought this game for free flight and it worked beautifully on SU4, I would do 5 to 10+ hour hauls every weekend or whenever I had time to spare after work and it gave me something to do tbh.

Wish I knew better before choosing to update- now I don't know what flights will work for me or not.I don't believe having a full marketpace or VR matters if we can't fly the planes we already have.

Anyway... is there any chance they can come up with a quick fix soon for this or is this something I have to wait out until the next big update?

Might try it out a few more times before giving up totally- but this has really ruined my weekend lol. That's dramatic but this update is awful and I wasn't even one of the ones who was losing sleep over not having SU5 I was perfectly fine waiting however long for them to really give us a good update at least up until yesterday.

Is this an issue just related to the update and everyone being on using up the server?

Or is this something I can fix?

UPDATE: attempted it a third time after deleting cache from Playstation and it still crashed around 2 hours lol.

Just was curious. I was taxing out of LAX and idk if I was tripping but I saw a new terminal I promise wasn't there the other day.

Particularly, did they finish adding MCO's Terminal C? (My local airport). Can't look now as I'm mid-flight.

So you guys see the "Change aircraft" option in the pause menu? Is that ever going to work lol.

Would be cool if wanted to do more than one flight in a single session and be able to change planes (and possibly gates, parking spots etc.) As you would in real life with a layover.
