This phrasing of this line from Zeta Gundam has me stumped. Please help!

Hopefully I have enough questions about this line that it justifies a thread. The line's context is one Titans pilot (エマ) chewing another one (ジェリド) out for crashing into a building. Emma's dialogue is fine. Jerid's line in response has left me baffled:

(エマ)ジェリド・メサ中尉

 無理な行動が

 こういう結果につながることは

 十分に分かっていたはずです

(ジェリド)次のティターンズの

** パイロットも来りゃ 焦りもするさ**

My best guess at what he's saying is that because the next batch of pilots has just arrived, he got ahead of himself trying to stay ahead of the rest of them. But why did he say it like this?

  1. Why did he use 来りゃ here? It seems like a statement where he's trying to justify his 焦り, but then why not say 来たから or 来たし? Why use the conditional instead?
  • Why use も at all here, much less twice? Are these も related, or did he just happen to use も in both clauses?
  • I just learned about も~ば~も~. Is it just a coincidence what he's saying fits that form? Or am I missing something and he actually isn't using ば as a conditional?
  • why did he say 焦りもする and not just 焦る?

I've tried looking through a bunch of example sentences, and I just can't find anything close to how Jerid phrased that, especially since も~ば~も~ example sentences make it even harder to search for. In terms of official translations, the dub doesn't seem to have the same nuance, and the subtitles seem to just make a translation up out of whole cloth.

Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated and help put my head at ease
