Summit komado or a pellet smoker?

Early this year i bought a weber performer which i've now got the rotisserie and vortex to accompany it. Ive smoked ribs, beef ribs pork shoulders the works on it bar a brisket

Im now proper involved in bbq and looking at my next purchase

.. i have no intention of selling my weber kettle ideally to keep for rotisserie and vortex cooking only. Now im leaning towards either the summit komado which will save fuel and be more stable. Or i move towards a set and forget approach with the colder weather kicking in.

Now im indecisive if to throw my money at a weber smoque (or other suggestions around that price range) or to go komado.

Looking for others advice on this

Wireless thermometer inkbird or thermomaven?

Looking at getting a wireless thermometer ready for the winter months. I currently have a cheap thermopro which keeps losing connection and has to be sat next to my weber. Have no canopy for cooking outside so would rather as little trips out to adjust temps during the winter cooks?

Looking at people's reviews if they have used these products? Don't really want to be spending £200 plus on some of the others (typhur, rfx)

Pork shoulder and pork belly bites timing

Looking to smoke my first pork shoulder (2kg no bone) and got some pork belly slices to go with it for some pork belly bites. I'm going to run my weber kettle on the snake method for this and unsure of timings to get them out at the same time. Any suggestions? Aiming for the kettle to run between 250-275 Fahrenheit

Weber performer premium cover

Looking for a quality cover for my new purchase but don't want to spend too much for the weber one itself. Any recommendations on a good quality one that's of a cheaper price?
