Checked 2nd set, and this looks strong right?
The floor of this card is good, the ceiling is booming! I get the powerup 5 is gone after the round, but still..

Spellbound Creepers timing question
Hi all,
Question. If you play an attack action (let's say runegate a Deathly Wail), can you activate the instant ability of Spellbound Creepers in response in this layer step? Or does this 'play' layer needs to be resolved for it to be seen as an attack?
I want to know if you can activate the creepers before, for instance, the malefic triggers.
