So, that location is the broken building with stairs that lead to one of the superhero cards next to the synagogue, and I already looted it an everything and it’s not completing itself? I’m doing the platinum and I kind of need it

I spent hours looking for materials to craft this bow and when I craft it’s better than my actual one but for som reason it’s also messing with my stats. Also seems to have better effects 😭 is this a game mechanic I’m not aware of?
