Is it mandatory to attend AASE Primers SME Call ?

I am working professional and for me daily attending that call is quite difficult so i want to ask you guys is it mandatory or not ? Because in this call the trainers are only solving doubts and not sharing anything important. And Candidates really had very cheap doubts.

Urgently Advice needed on my father's diabetic foot wound !!!

My father is 56 years old and has diabetes. About 2 months ago he developed a diabetic foot infection involving the toe. He underwent debridement surgery to remove infected tissue. After about 20 days, stitches were placed, but later the wound condition worsened and we changed doctors.

Currently, the wound is being dressed daily and he is taking prescribed antibiotics. His post-meal blood sugar is around 116 mg/dL. There is no fever, foul smell, or obvious pus discharge. During dressing changes, there is occasional slight bleeding and a very small amount of clear watery fluid.

The toe remains swollen and numb after surgery. There is white skin around the wound, likely from moisture/dressings. Recently, swelling has developed in the foot, ankle, and up to the mid-leg on the operated side, along with ankle pain. We also noticed a small new red wound near the affected toe with a tiny white spot in the center.

Could this represent normal healing, persistent infection, bone infection (osteomyelitis), fluid collection, or another complication? Would you recommend any medication and Dr and anything else that would be really so helpful for me as Government doc not treating him well even He is inexperienced so I don't know what should i do should i agree for amputation or what to do next ? Please help me 🙏🙏
