Need Advice Regarding Accenture Early Onboarding vs Stream Training
Hi everyone,
Today Accenture explained 3 options for our onboarding process:
Choose early onboarding → give assessment + interview → skip stream training if selected
If we fail early onboarding assessment → then continue with stream training
Skip early onboarding completely → directly go for stream training
I wanted to ask seniors or people who already went through this:
- Which option is better overall?
- Is early onboarding worth attempting?
- How difficult are the assessment and interview?
- If someone fails early onboarding, does it affect onboarding later?
- Any preparation tips?
