For months, off-campus candidates have been told the same thing:

"Wait."

Wait for stream allocation.

Wait for training.

Wait for assessments.

Wait for results.

Wait for RT1.

Wait for RT2.

Wait for October 12.

And every time one milestone is completed, another waiting date appears.

At what point do we stop waiting and start asking legitimate questions?

Many of us received our Offer Letters around 7 months ago.

By November–December, a large number of off-campus candidates will be approaching ONE YEAR since entering this hiring process.

One year.

Think about that for a second.

An entire year of uncertainty.

An entire year of career plans being put on hold.

An entire year of answering relatives, friends, and parents who keep asking the same question:

"When is your joining?"

And the truth is... we don't know.

What makes the situation even harder to understand is that we are now seeing on-campus candidates receiving GearUp mails and DOJs of 11 December.

Congratulations to them. They earned it.

But naturally, this raises a question:

What is the status of the thousands of off-campus candidates who have completed every requirement asked of them?

We didn't disappear.

We didn't quit the process.

We completed training.

We completed assessments.

We received results.

We followed every instruction given to us.

Yet we still have no clear onboarding timeline.

This is no longer about impatience.

It's about transparency.

Nobody is asking Accenture to onboard everyone tomorrow.

Nobody is asking for special treatment.

We're asking for something much simpler:

A clear update.

Even a communication saying:

"Your profile is still under consideration. Expected onboarding window is X."

would be better than months of complete silence.

The most painful part is watching the goalposts move again and again.

Every few weeks a new date appears.

Every few weeks candidates convince themselves that "this is the date when everything will change."

And when nothing happens, another date replaces it.

How long can this continue?

Until January?

Until February?

Beyond one year?

Many candidates rejected or delayed other opportunities because they trusted this process.

Many have been sitting at home for months waiting for the onboarding that was expected long ago.

That is why this is a wake-up call for off-campus candidates.

Not to spread negativity.

Not to attack anyone.

Not to spam.

But to respectfully and professionally ask for clarity.

Because after 7 months of waiting and with some candidates nearing one full year in this hiring process, we deserve to know where we stand.

If enough candidates send polite emails requesting an onboarding update, at the very least it reminds the company that thousands of off-campus candidates are still waiting for communication.

Silence hasn't given us answers.

Maybe it's time we ask for them.

Can we expect Gear up mail in the upcoming week after OCT12?

Most streams have already completed their training and received their results. Only a few streams are left, and hopefully they’ll get their updates this week.

But after that, what exactly are we waiting for?

We started this training around May. It’s been 5 months without a single rupee, while candidates who opted out of the Early Onboarding Tests were already onboarded and getting salaries from May.

We still stayed patient because we were told onboarding would happen after stream training. We completed the training, cleared everything, got our results, and even after that it has already been weeks with zero clarity on onboarding.

We’ve already seen this situation during April–May. There was no proper update for weeks, people started mass mailing, and eventually Accenture sent communication saying an update would come within the next two weeks. Was mass mailing guaranteed to work? No. But at least we got some communication instead of blindly waiting.

And now people are saying “just wait until October 12.” But is there ANY official communication confirming that something significant will happen on October 12? If not, why are we creating another date and waiting again?

5 months of patience, followed by weeks of silence even after completing training and getting results, genuinely feels INHUMAN.

We’re not asking for special treatment, we’re asking for basic transparency.

Maybe mass mailing won't change anything. But continuing to sit silently clearly isn't giving us answers either.

Should we collectively send polite, professional emails asking Accenture for a clear onboarding update?

We've waited long enough. Let's at least ask.

I am an AASE candidate who completed my stream training and received my results on September 7th; since then, there has been no update from Accenture, and as my parents are illiterate, they keep asking about my joining date. We originally expected an onboarding date in August, then September, then October, and now people are talking about November, December, or even 2027.😥😥😥

We’ve been waiting for our joining date after completing the stream training, but there is still no proper information or confirmation on HR Connect or anywhere else

Will we really get any update by 12 October, or will we just start speculating about the another next possible date after 12 October?

Today Java FS people will get results of their stream training. Hope it goes well for everyone. Please don't bomb my inbox, I contacted my POC and he told me this and also there is no update regarding OB yet.

Hello guys we have recently received our stream results and i got failed in hon with just 2 marks can anyone have any idea on rt1 like they will pass us mostly or anything else and will onboarding delays for rt1 people

It has been almost a month since many of us appeared for the HON (Hands-on) retest 1 assessment for our respective streams, and we are still sitting here with absolutely no clarity about what happens next.

What is more frustrating is that there has been movement in other streams. Candidates from other streams are receiving proper communication, having meetings with their POCs, getting updates about the next steps, and in some cases are even being given tentative timelines. Even some streams whose RT1 started a week after ours have already completed their RT1 and are now waiting for their results, while we are still waiting for clarity on the next steps after our HON retest.

But for our stream, it is completely different.

A lot of candidates, including myself, have repeatedly emailed and contacted our POC asking for a simple update:

What happens after the HON retest?
Will there be a viva?
When will the results be communicated?
Are we required to complete any additional assessment?
When will onboarding happen?
Is there even a tentative timeline for the next step?

We are not asking for preferential treatment. We are asking for basic communication and transparency.

The most frustrating part is that our emails are seemingly being ignored. If there is no confirmed timeline, that is understandable. But at least tell us that there is no confirmed timeline. Even a simple communication such as “We are waiting for further confirmation and will update you by X date” would give candidates some clarity.

Instead, we are being left completely in the dark.
Every morning, many of us are checking our emails hoping that there will finally be some update. We have been stuck in this recruitment/onboarding process since May. Months have passed, and many candidates have invested their time, effort and entire days preparing for assessments, training and waiting for the next step — while having no income from this process and no certainty about when or whether we will actually be onboarded.

This isn’t just about an assessment anymore.
There are real people behind these candidate IDs.
People have financial responsibilities. People have rejected or delayed other opportunities because they were expecting this process to move forward. People have been planning their careers around the possibility of joining Accenture. Some may have already spent months without a proper job while waiting for this process to conclude.
And the worst part is the uncertainty.

Are we getting onboarded?
If yes, when?
Are there additional assessments?
When will the final decision be made?

We don’t even have answers to these basic questions.

Accenture is a huge organisation, and I understand that hiring and onboarding thousands of candidates can take time. But taking time and keeping candidates completely uninformed are two different things.

If the process is delayed, tell us.
If onboarding is going to happen next quarter, give us a tentative timeline.
If there is no timeline yet, just communicate that.
What is not acceptable is keeping candidates waiting indefinitely without meaningful communication.

We have already invested months into this process. At this point, we aren’t asking for promises — we are asking for transparency, communication and respect for the time and future of the candidates who have gone through this entire process.

Anyone here from Snowflake Full Stack Data Engineer stream?

Just wanted to know about the hands-on assessment. I heard for some other streams like Databricks and Gen AI the hands-on is getting preponed, so not sure if the same will happen for Snowflake also.

If anyone has already completed it or knows about it, can you please share what kind of questions/tasks we can expect and what topics we should prepare?

Also if you have any questions, practice material or resources that helped you prepare, please share. It would be really helpful for everyone who is preparing.

I had asked for my base location on the helpline number , she said my 3rd preference at that time. But this was during primers time before stream training and further process.

Any idea whether that will be my final location or could it be mapped to a different city after completing stream training?

I'm from the SAP PP QM stream. Failed in hon and later gave RT1. Retake viva is still remaining, so I hope my rt1 hon went well. So if I perform average in viva like 3 out of 6 questions or 2 out of 5 am I going to pass. Does anyone have any idea?

Hi everyone, I’m from the June 29 Accenture training batch. I’ve completed my training and am currently waiting for onboarding.

I need some advice regarding my BGV:

When I applied to Accenture, I was a fresher with no prior work experience, so I mentioned myself as a fresher.

Later, I joined Cognizant (CTS) in January. I received my Accenture offer letter in March and decided to leave Cognizant to pursue the Accenture opportunity. I worked at Cognizant for around 3 months, and they created my PF. I have all the relevant documents, including payslips, PF records, and relieving documents.

However, my Accenture BGV section was already locked, so I couldn’t add my Cognizant employment details. I tried emailing Accenture about this, but I haven’t received a response.

Should I wait until onboarding and disclose my Cognizant employment to my Relationship Manager/POC, or is there another way I should inform Accenture now?

I’d really appreciate your advice. Thanks!
