Snowflake Full Stack Data Engineer: Hands-on Assessment Preparation

Hi guys,

Anyone here from Snowflake Full Stack Data Engineer stream?

Just wanted to know about the hands-on assessment. I heard for some other streams like Databricks and Gen AI the hands-on is getting preponed, so not sure if the same will happen for Snowflake also.

If anyone has already completed it or knows about it, can you please share what kind of questions/tasks we can expect and what topics we should prepare?

Also if you have any questions, practice material or resources that helped you prepare, please share. It would be really helpful for everyone who is preparing.

Thanks!

Looking for a durable keyboard for coding + heavy typing

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to buy a mechanical keyboard mainly for coding and heavy typing/typewriting practice. I tend to type quite a lot and fairly hard, so I’m looking for something that feels comfortable for long sessions but can also take a beating. Also, my budget is around 2000 rupees maybe I could stretch a little like 200 rupees.

I’ve seen a lot of people recommend 60% and 65% keyboards, but I’m not sure which layout would actually be better for coding.

My main requirements are:

- Primarily for coding and heavy typing

- Comfortable for long typing sessions

- Good switches for typing rather than gaming

- Durable and ideally something that can last 3 to 4+ years

- Preferably good build quality and reliable switches/PCB

- I’m open to 60%, 65%, TKL, or other layouts if they make more sense for my use case

- Not particularly concerned about RGB or gaming features

What keyboard/switch combination would you recommend for this kind of use?

Also, if you’ve been using your keyboard for 3+ years, I’d especially appreciate hearing about your long-term experience with it.

Thanks!

Plz be brutally honest about St. Joseph College (Mechanical Engineering)

Hey everyone,

My cousin recently got an offer for Mechanical Engineering at St. Joseph College, and we’re trying to understand more about the college before he makes a decision.

Would really appreciate if current students or alumni could share their experience regarding:

- Overall college environment and faculty

- Food quality (mess/canteen)

- Hostel facilities and living conditions

- Placements (especially for Mechanical Engineering)

- Internship opportunities and support

Thanks guys!!

My analysis on Suzlon. Am I missing anything?

I've been looking into Suzlon as a possible long-term investment and this is what I've found:

P/E is around 19–24x, so it doesn't look cheap, but it isn't extremely expensive either.

P/B is around 7–8x, which seems quite rich.

The latest quarter showed profit declining YoY, even though it improved QoQ, so earnings still look a bit uneven.

The stock has been quite volatile over the past year (roughly ₹38 to ₹68).

The debt turnaround is impressive, but the company also has a history of financial stress.

One thing that concerns me is the relatively low promoter holding (~11.7%).

Based on this, I feel the business has improved, but I'm not sure whether the current valuation offers a good margin of safety.

Am I missing anything important in my analysis? I'm looking at this from a 1-2 year investment perspectiv

Sorry if the context is less I am an beginner

Any Advice is good thanks 🙏

Accenture AEH (App Dev DA Primer): Which cloud platform should I choose for the best long-term career growth—Azure, AWS, or GCP?

Hi everyone,

I have been assigned the Application Development (App Dev DA) Primer.

As part of my learning, I have the option to focus on a cloud platform, and I'm trying to make the best long-term decision.

My questions are:

Which cloud platform would you recommend for someone in Accenture App Development: Azure, AWS, or GCP?

Which one has the best long-term career growth and demand, both inside Accenture and in the broader software industry?

If you are currently working at Accenture (or have worked there), which platform do you see being used most often in App Dev projects?

I'm looking for advice based on real project experience rather than certifications alone.

Thanks in advance!🙏
