Any suggestions on this setup for a 2nd instar AFS?

Made this terrarium for a baby 2nd instar heterometrus spinifer, here’s some specs.

10 gallon aquarium 20” x 10” x 12” with a sliding & locking mesh top

Heat pad set to 85° on one side, the heat pad didn’t heat the terrarium sufficiently so I also have a CHE over the terrarium, it keeps the terrarium at a range of 75°-80° on the cool side and 80°-85° on the warm side

The humidity usually stays between 70-90%, I have the mesh lid mostly covered with plastic wrap, but it still has enough airflow

About 4 inches of substrate (eco earth coco fiber mixed with reptisoil & extra sphagnum moss)

I use a modified Gatorade bottle with holes poked in the lid as a “watering can”, I pour water in the corners about every 2-3 days and make sure the bottom layer is saturated, and then about every day I sprinkle water over the entire surface of the substrate

Does this setup seem good? I’m also not sure about the water dish, I have rocks in it and wouldn’t fill it up high but I don’t know if it would be too big for a 2nd instar.

Small bones scattered across driveway

Bones found in driveway in south Louisiana, all are small, the longer, straighter ones are about 4-5 inches long and the smaller rib/spine(?) & skull(?) fragments are about the size of an average persons palm.

Could this be a young domestic cat? The area I’m in has a huge stray cat population.

A few questions about AFS

Hey y’all I’m preparing to adopt an Asian forest scorpion (Spinifer) and I wanna ask a some questions about the care if that’s alright.

1: I love everything blue and because of that i usually keep blue led lights on in my room every night, i know that scorpions are sensitive to UV and blue wavelengths so i was wondering, would it be bad for the scorpion if i had dim blue lighting in the room at night?

2: Would it be okay to leave a red light running over the scorpion’s terrarium at night? I’ve seen some people say that they can’t see red at all, and some say they can but barely. If it is okay, would that balance out the dim blue lighting?

3: How often should I change out the substrate? This setup won’t be bioactive, and I’ll be using a mix of top soil, eco earth, and some moss.

4: Adding on to the last question, how much of each type of substrate should I put in the terrarium? I know it needs to be at least 4-6 inches deep, I’m just asking how much of each substrate material to use.

5: How should the moss be put in the terrarium? I have pillow moss and sphagnum moss, how much of each should I put in?

6: How should the heating mat be positioned? On the side, or on the back close to the corner? Also, how high up the tank should I put it? Because about half the tank will be filled with the substrate

7: how should misting be done? Should I mist the entire enclosure evenly or should I mist one side more than the other? Should I also buy a fine misting bottle or would any spray bottle that mists be good?
