I am not sure if my prediction was a good idea after seeing the stats [fluff]
Two days ago, I predicted Volta would get his Ultra Form. After seeing his stats, I am unsure how to feel about the investment.
The overlapping multi-hit looks good, in theory, but I think he might not strike an enemy twice so often. Also, he feels like he stays the same, but only with more HP range and damage.
I am not sure and have not had a lot of experience of stat reviewing.
What is your opinion?
