The amount of eBay sellers with <10% store sale through rate is mind boggling.

I've been been buying more clothes on ebay lately and have been looking at some of the seller's stores. It is astonishing how many sellers have like 1K, 2k, even 4k item stores with 200 or less items sold. Most of these items they never should have picked up but many of the listings have some combination of bad photos, no measurements, high prices. The money spent is one thing but the amount of time wasted buying, cleaning, photographing, and listing these duds is just depressing. Life is too short for that.

Norway coach Stale Solbakken: ‘Everyone saw what happened. The ball fell straight down, just in front of the bench … so it did touch the cable. There has been nothing in the chip, what can I say against that? But the ball drops down straight from heaven…'

Fake or legit 2003 promo T Shirt?

I'm leaning towards fake for a few reasons. The few comps I can find of this have a M&O Tag and I don't believe this style Tultex tag was around in 2003 but I did find a comment that says they also had the shirt at 2008 comic con which lines up. One more thing is the Tultex Tag itself is weird because every other has "Tear-away tag" On the top. What do you think?

How many brands are just white labeling their boards from one factory and selling at an inflated MSRP?

I've been trying to find a relatively affordable board (~500) and it's been tough wading through all the brands out there. One company I've found is called Akona. Sierra Trading Post (site that sells overstock outdoor gear) has a board for 250, with the "MSRP" of 700. Their site looks legit, there are brick and mortar shops carrying their products, and they have a video about the board when it came out in 2022 on their youtube page. The odd thing is I can't find one single customer review or a review of any kind of someone that has actually used the board. None at all. The board is offered from quite a few shops but the price is all over the place.

What's the deal with brands like this? To me it seems like Akona builds out a website that looks legit enough, post a few videos, and then offers the boards to shops at a steep discount by saying they can sell them to unsuspecting tourists at a super inflated 700 msrp. These shops probably make a lot more money off these white label boards than boards from legit brands.
