The riverwood project Survival mode- The winter is coming

I had to download Skyrim again just to be able to take notes on how Riverwood is organized.

So, I'm practically back to the planning and adaptation phases of my land.

So far i'm mainly taking the base structures ready one by one so that i have each structure on the right place... maybe i should start making the road too.

Could I do this in creative mode? Yes. Will I do it? Nah, the satisfaction of finishing in survival mode is immaculate to me.

Is there a site or app that i can use to plan out buildings?

I've seen a few, but I'd love to receive suggestions that I can use, as I plan to rebuild my main building.I'm currently in the demolition phase, as I also intend to expand it and transform it into my main production and storage center.
