This is some scam bs, so here starts the story. April 20 my infinix gt 30 pro went dead. the carl care service said it's motherboard issue it took them 20 days itself to give me a replacement and guess what? It's a refurbished phone. this is unfair as hell they said it's gonna be a new one.
the phone was on warranty and they PROMISED that I'll get a new phone. i think ill call the police on these fuck turds
