I’m on 0252T and want to update to 0480T just to unlock the 8” skin for the MIB unit
So it looks like this (see image 1) - I’m upgrading to this screen but will have the old firmware on MIB2 so it won’t look like that.
Anyone know if I can do it without bricking my unit. Also how to activate CarPlay again after?

This code popped up 2.5 years ago… that’s when I was at this mileage… only thing I remember at 51k miles was car struggled to start cause it was cold, engine light was flashing. Restarted and it was fine. (Probably unrelated)
Car drives fine, no error lights or anything. It’s the only fault along side a software update thing (I got CarPlay activated remotely by a third party)
I have the 6.5” MIB2 screen. I want to keep it an OEM theme with my car and swap into the larger 8” screen.
Is it possible to do so? And is there a matching silver trim surround for it?
Or should I get the MK7.5 screen? Only caveat is that my MIB software isn’t the same as the 7.5 cars so the UI would be the old one and look off

I passed part 1 recently. Looking to sit part 3 in early Sept.
Any advice on what I should look out for/ any heads up?
I did a MCQ run on QAIP and Performance and got 100%. It seemed a tad too easy compared to part 1.
I know I’m going to get humbled :/
I just sat pt.1 and flew through a lot of the questions but some of them made me feel like I was getting a lobotomy.
Idk how I feel about it some questions really made me go wtaf
I have part 1 in 2 days.
I’ve got 86% in both mocks. Any question banks I do on Becker / Gleim I’m getting 85+ per 125 questions.
Am I in a good position to pass? And is it worth buying the IIA mock, if anyone has, is it worth it over Becker mocks?

I’ve been getting consistent 86-88% in mocks and MCQ’s on exam style. Not practice and my exams on Thursday.
I have some small gaps like CSA and some IT related control stuff but aside from that, is this good enough to go into the exam and pass?

I’ve scored 86% twice in my simulated mocks on Becker CIA review, when I go over some questions where my initial choice has been correct but in self doubt I changed it. I’ve scored higher. But the raw scores are 86%
I’ve averaged 92% across all MCQ’s on Becker all 799.
For some reason I don’t feel confident going into the exam in 3 days time and feel I should push it back 2 weeks as I’m self funding.
I haven’t seen anything with COSO across GRC which is concerning my ability to answer them when given in the exam (if they come up)
I do feel my weaker areas are related to accounting terminology i.e. accounts payable, transaction level processes etc etc as I’m not an accountant by any means. I tend to bug out on them.
Same with remembering the 17 subsections of COSO ERM.
Any advice since I can change my booking 48 hours in advance!
