Any idea why panoramic wifi app just keeps saying to "please reactivate gateway?"

Tech replaced PW6 with PW8 and now it's not showing up. I called customer service and they have no idea. Does it take a few days or something?

I'm trying to go through the online page and it doesn't ask me when I want to start service. It only asks if I want to pick up modem in store, get it delivered or have professional installation. Does it ask after I place order or does service become live right away? I want to choose about 2 weeks from now but have modem in hand.
