GOTOGATE - final nail in the coffin
Just wanted to post my story to reinforce the common knowledge that GOTOGATE is the most useless thing in the world.
Flight gets cancelled -> nobody from GOTOGATES informs me so I arrive at the airport not seeing my flight on screen
Call support => they actually tell me first-hand that I missed my flight even though I had sent proof that the airline company had cancelled the flight
Ask for reinbursement for my flight => they say they cant do anything and I have to see directly with the airline.
What is the point of paying them if they redirect you all the time towards the airline? totally useless.
Never use GOTOGATE for the sake of your own sanity.
