Hi, i need advices. I took kratom 20-30g daily for 2 years. I finally get through withdrawal and now im 1 month clean. I feel fine, but i noticed problem. On kratom i could have sex for 1+ hour no problem, i was like porn star. But Now after stopping i have basically PE, i can last 10 seconds max lol. My question Is, did you had the same problem after quitting and did it fix? Also any advices how to help it ? Thanks

3 sets 7+ reps dips but i can do only 2-3 help

Hello, i have a question. I recently added dips to my routine. I never did them and i can do max 2-3 reps. I do normal fullbody training where i should do them for 3 sets and 7-10 reps. What should i do with it ? There is no help machine in my gym. Should i normally, do 2-3 reps for 3 sets and just wait for my strenght to go up or should i do negatives ? Or do my max 2-3 reps And then do negatives (but im nervous about regeneration, since Its beyond failure). I need your advices on what do you think Is best. Thanks a lot

Pushups neutral vs normal grip

Q: Is there any difference in muscle activation between pushups with neutral grip (on dip bars for example) vs normal open palm gril like when you do them normally on the ground ? I heard neutral are more comfy, but does that grip changes muscle activation too? Ty

Hi, i have a question. How wide should be rings when doing ring dips ? I did them pretty narrow, max shoulder width and i did 6 reps with strong RTO contraction. Never though about it, but i found out, when i have them even little bit wider, they Are a lot harder, not exactly on the way down, but when going up + that RTO? I tried ring dips just little bit wider than im normally used to and i went from 6 clean RTO reps to barely 3, its So hard to turn rings out when they are wider. My question Is, how wide should be rings then ? Should i train wide / shoulder width/ narrow ? Honestly im for narrow, because as i said easier and big squueze, but idk if its should be like this. Also funny that i never saw anyone on YouTube etc. mention that width changes difficulty that much :D . Thanks
