I got the device last week (X2 mini pro 64gb+2tb) & only plugged it in about 4 times and it already doesn’t work . That’s kind of a buzzkill with a new flagship device.

Now I have to look into purchasing a replacement . I’m thinking the slim Q one . Or if anyone has any recommendations for a better option , please let me know

I already tried different outlets and it doesn’t seem to work anymore . Very unfortunate … luckily I have 2 batteries
