This is not safe or normal right?

I'm in the process of replacing the outlets around my house, originally for aesthetics and now for safety as well (I heard backstabbing isn't good, seems that's how they were all done here). This outlet in particular has 3 wires going to each side, two backstabs and one just sorta laying on a screw. I have never seen anything like this. Should I pigtail two on each side together or is there something special I should know?

This is too nicked right?

Hi, I apologize for the fuzzy quality. I have been in the process of replacing my home's outlets with basically no prior electrical experience, originally for aesthetics but now also because I learned all our outlets are "backstabbed". In the two I've done so far, I've been nicking the copper no more than what is shown in this photo. Up until getting new strippers tonight this is because I was using an extremely crappy pair, this segment I actually cut off and redid with marginally better results.

My question is: am I safe with a little less than this level of error? Or should I redo the two over until I properly get them nick-free? This is just something I've been wracking my brain about, ocd makes projects like these hard sometimes haha. Just constantly thinking unless I get it perfect I'll accidentally burn the house down

Strawberry lemonade flavor text disses euro cans as tiny, which is funny as they're quite literally the opposite

Apologies if this has been posted already. Murica

Hi, I had a spirit flight for the middle of this month that I booked in March. Since then, I lost and blocked my debit card and have ordered a new one. Will I see any issue in my spirit refund since my debit card I purchased with is gone, or will they be able to refund to my bank?
