TL;DR: Highly recommended. As of now, Tuesday is the best day to visit.

This is probably my most visited entertainment place in Dhanbad.

The Dolby 7.1 sound system is the main reason I keep coming back. The audio clarity could still be tuned better, but it's the best cinema sound I've experienced in the city.

The food is good, although the paneer burger is a little too spicy for my taste.

The nachos are a complete waste of money in my opinion.

If your pre-booked food is unavailable, they let you exchange it for another item. If the new item costs more, you pay only the difference. However, gift cards cannot be used for the extra amount—you have to pay in cash.

Entry is allowed only 20 minutes before showtime.

Pre-book your food. It saves time and effort.

Food availability is a concern, especially on weekends. During one of my visits, even samosas were out of stock.

They also make mistakes while serving food. I ordered Sprite, but Cola was delivered to my seat.

Always check the bill display screen while ordering and verify your items before accepting them.

Cons

• No in-seat unlimited popcorn refill. You have to leave the auditorium and refill it yourself, which means missing parts of the movie.

• No free parking for moviegoers. If someone is paying to watch a movie, I believe parking should be complimentary.

• The app doesn't show the complete food menu or real-time food availability, making pre-ordering less reliable.

I'll happily change this to a 5-star review if these issues are ever resolved. Realistically, I don't think that will happen.

My last visit was on 12 July 2026, Screen 3, Royal Recliner Sitting, Moana 3D Hindi.

Loyalty programs, gift cards, cashback, airline miles, and gaming currencies all encourage mental accounting.

They make people feel they own something "special," increasing engagement and making them less likely to leave the platform.

Why does Google have no such GC's, because they have the power of users. Ultimately it ends at company profit, we are a small part of it. So don't be overwhelmed with GC's and all concepts like this.
