Hit 100k Business Automation Limit due to a test loop mistake.

Hi everyone,
We are facing a critical production issue and are hoping someone from the Airtable team here might be able to help us escalate a support ticket.
One of our creators made an honest mistake while testing a new conditional logic automation today. It accidentally triggered a massive loop over a huge batch of records, completely exhausting our 100,000 monthly automation runs on our Business Plan in a matter of minutes.
Our entire business operations are currently at a standstill. We rely heavily on Airtable to send critical webhooks to make.com for our daily workflows. Because the limit is reached, all production webhooks are blocked, and we cannot process our current business data manually.
Our Workspace Owner has already opened an official support ticket, but we know standard response times can take 1–2 business days, which is a downtime we simply cannot afford. Do you know if there is any other way to contact them or make sure the ticket is flagged with the highest priority?
TLTR: Due to our mistake, we exhausted our automation runs limit, and we are looking to contact the support team asap.
