I know there's the "hardcore no missions" preset, but that just disables the starting base. It looks like the quests and their rewards are still there.

I want to do a playthrough without quests/rewards. I feel like they railroad me into the same gameplay each time, and the abundance of QT-RTGs from quest rewards trivializes a lot of the game for me.
