Last year my outboard ran alrightt after i got it and fixed it up. after i took it out of winter storage i couldnt keep it running. So i cleaned the carb because i had left gas in it so i probably had some clogged jets. The problem im now having is that it runs but only when i give it gas. Im thinking that i did something wrong and eventually stumbled on maybe i should adjust my carb but where is my stationairy screw. If im missing it where do i put it in? The brass screw in the first picture on top is something like picture 4 and gemini says it should be tightend until it doenst go further.
