I am writing this post strictly scientifically (more to paranormal science)

This needs 2 people in the room. The point is, I’ve heard that when someone on Earth is dying, paranormal signs often accompany the event; specifically, once the soul leaves the body, the temperature in the room frequently drops drastically. For others, a sensation of cold lingers for a while. I also think that readings on an EMF (electromagnetic field) detector might spike. After all, the soul leaves the body during death just as it does during an out-of-body experience (OOBE). If we assume this is the case, it might be possible to obtain hard evidence for the existence of OOBEs. What do you think about these interesting ideas? I also wanted to note that everything I’ve written is based on information found online—I don’t know if it’s true, but I have a feeling I might be right.

I lay on the bed still and I was listening to the "3 minutes of oppenheimer" music and suddenly 20 minutes later I felt my entire body rotating to the right. It was as if my soul itself had started to spin. This likely lasted a few minutes; after a while in this whirlwind, I felt like I was on the verge of an out-of-body experience. It didn't actually happen, but I feel like I almost left this world by accident—because of that incredible music.

Maybe some LD will happen or only a normal dream ?

I am wondering how fast I achieve AP with this technique:

Lay on your back and wait when the physical body will be fully asleep (paralysis) and then the vibration will come and then you imagine that you 're pulling ourselves with a rope.

I read on this community that this technique is the easiest and most achievable technic to do OOBE fast and effective.

I never done AP in my life but I 'm also still thinking about future negative effects and etc. I would love to hear some advices from people who achieved AP. I would really appreciate it ,thanks :)
