Should I send an email to research group speaker?

I have found a research group matching my research interest. But now I am thinking about if I should review all the individual professors and contact one based on matching my interests or send an email to the speaker of the group, including my application, asking for guidance based on my application on which professor is best suited to my interests.

PS: The official site of this group doesn't mention contacting the PI/speaker along with a mention of preferred supervisors and/or projects.

Need realistic advice for forehead acne marks/scarring. What treatments actually worked for you guys?

I’ve been dealing with forehead acne for a while and now I’m left with a lot of dark spots/post-acne marks and some texture/scarring. My skin is pretty oily and dry at the same time(idk how to explain this) and I still occasionally get small bumps/acne. Initially I didn't used to give it much attention but now I'm kinda worried about it bc it looks bad.

If anyone had a similar forehead situation and managed to improve it significantly, I’d really appreciate hearing your routine/timeline.

Ps: Altho the acne aren't as bad as they used to be but once in a while I still get 2 3 active acnes. Also the situation on my back is worse having literal scars and still many active acne but I'm more worried about the face.
