Is this normal, or do I have to talk to support?
With the recent sale I wanted to buy some games, since I don't have a credit or debit card I want for the "buy in physical store" option and paid for the order with cash, but came to find out that my purchase failed and that I would have to repay for the entire cart, but, I knew this type of payment took days, so maybe the error was normal.
So I did an experiment and bought another game under the same conditions, and I received the same error message, is this normal or should I contact the company responsible for the payment, I have receipts and everything I need to prove I paid for them,
Please help I want my games 🥺
