Say hello to my new cut! Hope he will develop good healthy roots

Hello everyone.

Second time grower here, I wanted to restart after 10years. First things first ordered the easiest way a zamnesia cut cause I don't know where else to get it now. 12 days of shipping and I received her like that. I'm a little bit sad. I'm hoping that the lowest internode seems to be growing something .. but the top is rotting right? There's hope? Should I leave her in the original agar since it's so small and weak?
