FINALLY GOT THEM ALL!!
This took a while and should have done it on a lower Difficulty BUT nothing more satisfying than downing ALL HUNTERS on Heroic!! I couldn’t do the Legendary Difficulty they whipped my @$$

EMP??
OK, is there an EMP or something in the battle for Brooklyn DLC while I’m in the safe house my compass act normally but the moment I leave the safe house it gets all scattered and glitchy. I’m trying to spawn the cipher hunter, but no matter how many times I do it it just won’t spawn. Am I missing something?
