I am starting my content creation journey and could really use some advice from the experts here!
Here is the setup I currently have:
Microphone: Blue Yeti (USB)
Laptop: Acer Nitro V15
Experience Level: Absolute Beginner
My goal is to record high-quality, crisp, and clear voiceovers for my videos. However, since I am completely new to this, my raw audio doesn't sound as professional as I want it to. I am facing issues like background fan noise from my laptop and a bit of echo in my room.
Could you please share some tips, best practices, or settings to help me get the best possible sound out of this setup? Specifically:
Yeti Settings: Which pattern should I use, and where should the gain knob be?
Software/Plugins: What free software (like Audacity or OBS) do you recommend for beginners?
Noise Removal: How do I eliminate the Acer Nitro's fan noise from my recordings?
