हमारे घर को चारों तरफ से बंद कर दिया गया है। जगह-जगह पेड़, काँटेदार झाड़ियाँ और अन्य अवरोध रख दिए गए हैं, जिससे आने-जाने का रास्ता पूरी तरह प्रभावित हो गया है।

बारिश के मौसम में स्थिति और भी गंभीर हो जाती है। कीचड़, पानी भरने और रास्ता अवरुद्ध होने के कारण महिलाओं, बच्चों, बुजुर्गों और पूरे परिवार को रोज़ाना भारी कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

हम संबंधित प्रशासन से निवेदन करते हैं कि इस समस्या का शीघ्र स्थलीय निरीक्षण कराकर उचित समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

# 35 वर्षों से न्यायालय में चल रहे दावे

रामगोपाल मिश्रा (70+ वर्ष, छोटे भाई) द्वारा न्यायालय में किए गए प्रमुख दावे:

1. रामगोपाल मिश्रा ने दावा किया कि खसरा क्रमांक 297 पर स्थित मकान उन्हीं का है तथा वे ही उक्त संपत्ति के वास्तविक स्वामी एवं कब्जाधारी हैं।

2. रामगोपाल मिश्रा ने दावा किया कि सुखराम प्रसाद मिश्रा (80+ वर्ष, बड़े भाई) का स्वयं का मकान किसी अन्य स्थान पर स्थित था, जो जर्जर (रहने योग्य नहीं) हो चुका था।

3. रामगोपाल मिश्रा ने दावा किया कि सुखराम प्रसाद मिश्रा ने उनसे अनुरोध किया कि उनका मकान कभी भी गिर सकता है, इसलिए नया मकान बनने तक उन्हें अस्थायी रूप से रहने के लिए स्थान दिया जाए।

4. रामगोपाल मिश्रा ने दावा किया कि मानवीय आधार पर उन्होंने सुखराम प्रसाद मिश्रा को खसरा क्रमांक 297 स्थित मकान में अस्थायी रूप से रहने की अनुमति दी।

5. रामगोपाल मिश्रा ने दावा किया कि बाद में सुखराम प्रसाद मिश्रा ने खसरा क्रमांक 3xx एवं 3xx पर अपना नया मकान बना लिया, लेकिन इसके बावजूद खसरा क्रमांक 297 स्थित मकान खाली नहीं किया।

6. रामगोपाल मिश्रा ने दावा किया कि मकान खाली करने के बजाय सुखराम प्रसाद मिश्रा ने बिना सक्षम प्राधिकारी की अनुमति के राजस्व अभिलेखों के कॉलम क्रमांक XII में अपना नाम दर्ज करा लिया।

एक प्रश्न

क्या एक छोटा भाई अपने 80+ वर्ष के बड़े भाई के विरुद्ध न्यायालय में इतने गंभीर दावे कर सकता है?

यदि ये दावे सत्य हैं, तो उनके समर्थन में ठोस साक्ष्य न्यायालय के समक्ष प्रस्तुत होने चाहिए।

यदि ये दावे असत्य हैं, तो यह प्रश्न स्वाभाविक है कि एक सगे बड़े भाई के विरुद्ध ऐसे दावे क्यों और कैसे किए गए?

कहा जाता है कि "कानून अंधा होता है", लेकिन न्याय साक्ष्यों और तथ्यों के आधार पर होता है।

हमारा विश्वास है कि सत्य चाहे देर से सामने आए, परंतु पर्याप्त साक्ष्यों के आधार पर न्याय अवश्य होना चाहिए।

Saw this horrific news from Gwalior. Some days ago there were continuous discussions on reddit and news debates on channels over Siya Goel and Ketan's case. But this type of news will never get the same attention compared to the former bcz it's a usual occurrence in India right?

My blood boils when I see comments from guys saying taking dowry is right and those low IQ ppl give the argument of alimony to justify this. Seriously, better remain unmarried than marrying these beggars and monsters.

Edit: to u/ Horror-Valuable- 47, this coward is justifying dowry openly and thinks taking dowry is right as girls are "leeches" and greedy and marry richer guys than them. Just wanna say how much of a loser you are. Does anyone force rich guys to marry poorer girls and then demand dowry? If you despise poor girls or "leech" as you called them, then marry girls of your standards na? Koi tumhari jabardasti shadi krwa rha h kya un ladkiyo se? Just say no if those girls are so poor or "leech" as you said and not to mention dowry system is followed in all cases whether girl marries richer or poorer family than her. So your logic of justifying dowry is anyways just an excuse

Edit2: to u/Educational_Sound188 who thinks this country favours women: Over 6000 women were killed in dowry related crimes in 2023 alone. In my district, a pregnant women's head was smashed with dumbbell by her in-laws over dowry demands. But this person thinks "men are dying at 3x rate because of gold diggers". Dowry is asked even before marriage has a chance to fail. You really have a peanut size brain if you think dowry snd alimony can be equated.

BCF can either keep conducting clean up drives infinitely, or we can try and intervene as a pressure group to the stakeholders that are responsible for the mess they're creating.
