Are we gonna get any New NLUs any time soon?
States like Uttarakhand , JNK , Arunachal also deserve to have NLUs of their own . Also big states should have multiple NLUs like they did in Maharashtra and UP. Provided that the quality of at least one of the NLUs is above average

OG Delhi metro card
So today I as travelling via metro from Noida to Delhi when I approached the metro desk to recharge my Delhi metro one card, I had asked whether they had more one cards in stock and he gave me one for ₹150 ( on the condition I pay via cash or card) the dude gave me his number if something went wrong
It had 110 rupees balance in it and was apparently used once or twice , I took the card for nostalgia sake as i had lost my older cards
Did I get scammed??
