Onkyo Zone 2 not working?

Hello, my parents moved into a new house with speakers built into multiple rooms. My dad set up his receiver (Onkyo TX-SR707) to send Zone 2 to the controller, which he got working then they never used it lol.

Now, I'm trying to get it to work - should be zone 2 on, select source, choose room(s) on controller. But it's simply not working. I've checked the connections on the controller and the receiver, made sure the receiver settings were set to allow zone 2 vs surround back, but nothing seems to be working. What should I check? I saw online that maybe a factory reset would help, but the person said it didn't work for them.

Towing a small enclosed trailer

So I vend at farmers markets and etc and everything is loaded up in my 2024 Outback. It is an exact fit with all our items and the seats down. We are getting rid of the Outback, but keeping my 2024 Crosstrek Sport. Being smaller than the Outback, all the items will not fit in the Crosstrek. Important to note that with 2 cars, we just kept everything in the Outback, but with one car I will need to store it in a trailer or elsewhere. I have found a 4x6 enclosed trailer for about $2,500, but the weight is about 1,800lbs. Our stuff is another 500lbs max. Will the combined weight be too much for the little car?

I was looking at a 4x8 Harbor Freight trailer, which claims to weigh only 280lbs. Even with the wood I would need to make it enclosed, that should be under 1,000lbs for the trailer, and should otherwise be just under the capacity of 1,500lbs for the Crosstrek. I can probably get the trailer and the wood for some $1,500 or so.

So, my question is, do I take the time to build the potentially lighter trailer myself, or buy a prebuilt one? I could always use my work truck, but many of the places we vend are in the city. But the truck is some 3-5 feet longer than the Crosstrek.

Alternatively, I also thought about getting a roof rack and one of those trays that attach to a tow hitch, but I would need to load the car every time, lol. Also the folding tent is too long to fit inside the Crosstrek.

Thoughts? Opinions?
