Long story made shorter: was planning a trip to ES, life happened before I could book anything, now realizing that if I do make it there, it'll be a nearly last-minute decision.

How difficult would it be to book a room (close to downtown so I can walk instead of drive)? I'd be staying during weekdays during the beginning of June, for at least two nights. Doesn't have to be fancy, just a shower and a bed, but "nice" is good too. I would know about a week out whether it's feasible or not to go.

I can't let go of the idea of Getting Away From Things. The "life happened" part of my first sentence was rough, and is still smoothing over. I need a break.
