I noticed that I had genital warts at the beginning of July, but my gynecologist postponed the removal because of my vacation and menstrual cycles. My removal is scheduled for Tuesday (August 18), but since the beginning of July they have spread quite a lot. I have them around my anus, on my vulva, and even internally.

I’m having them removed using radiofrequency ablation, and I’m wondering if it will be possible to remove all of them in one treatment, or if I’ll need multiple sessions.

I’m also worried about scarring. Will the scars remain permanently, or do they usually fade over time after radiofrequency removal?

Has anyone had a similar experience? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences. Thank you!
