I need reasons not to get a green iguana
The green iguana has been my dream reptile since I was very young. I am in my early 40s now. Room is not a problem. I already have a large enough cage and roaming space. We own our own home. I have some experience with reptiles (bearded dragons, leopard gecko, viper gecko, and a ball python). No young children in the home, or even visiting the home. I do have small dogs. I am trying to decide between a bearded dragon again (don't have one currently), or a baby iguana. I have done a lot of research over the years about them. I do like a pet that is more hands on and friendly. I don't mind some attitude. We are a pretty relaxed household though. I should just keep looking at pictures of an ig and just get a bearded dragon again, right?
