I just bought a 2016 Q5 PP and looking to update the multimedia screen to one with CarPlay.

This cars model came with the Bang & Olufsen MOST fiber optic audio system which sounds incredible, but i'm seeing a lot of these aftermarket CarPlay units basically will not adopt this audio system fully and there will be noticeable sound degradation in the music quality.

does anyone know of any aftermarket CarPlay units that will retain the sound system? seems all the popular ones on amazon cannot confirm that they do.
