So many spelling mistakes and to make it worse, it’s a school. I’m thinking of how we have to jump hoops just to even get past a job interview and someone somewhere isn’t taking care of their job. What are y’all’s opinions?

There has been a huge outcry due to mass layoffs at Disney. The people who brought the marvel cinematic universe are gone. Their work and creativity is likely to be fed to A.I. to replicate their creativity at a fraction of the time and cost. Of course Disney says it’s not replacing them with A.I. but we all know it will happen. They already had CGI dwarfs in Snow White.
Back home, a lot of advertisers are using AI generated images to advertise.

Be prepared: your educational background, experience, your certifications and licenses.
Be honest: when asked about your salary, be truthful otherwise you’ll be caught in a lie. Other nurses will answer truthfully and you’ll be the outlier. There are minimum wages in professions so don’t really worry that your low salary will translate to you being underpaid.
State the number of beds you handle (for bedside nurses) or the amount of workload, which is significantly higher in Kenya especially in public and mission hospitals. This is impressive because it shows efficiency.
Be confident and positive that you’ll get a job, including bring prepared to answer which state you’d like to work in.
