I’m looking for a big catalogue of quality STLs for base toppers. I see a lot of things on Etsy that I like, but frustratingly none of them are offering the STLs to buy.
Any good sites that make sets of toppers with various themes?
As I get more comfortable with identifying skin lesions, I am wondering how everyone bills for skin findings during an annual physical exam.
I often bill additional level 3/4s with my physicals, I have no qualms about billing accurately for the work I do. But skin findings found during a screening exam seem like a slightly different issue rather than additional problems the patient brings up.
If I find a concerning skin lesion and decide it needs dermoscopy (which I can do in office), follow up for biopsy, or referral to dermatology, does this fall under services provided for the physical, or is it considered a separately billable E&M code?
A common scenario is a patient coming in for UTI symptoms and also wanting STD testing.
Today a patient had positive nitrite, so I treated with nitrofurantoin, while also ordering STD swabs.
Certainly doesn’t feel like a level 4, but strictly speaking it is based on prescription drug management plus all the STD labs being more than 3 unique tests.
Is this correct, anything I’m missing?
