First time FSBO. Anything to prepare for?

Going to be selling my home by the end of the year FSBO. I don’t like realtors and feel like my wife and I can give this FSBO thing a shot. I’ve been researching a lot on it but from personal experience what are some curveballs or surprises for people who have done it before?

Took to dealership to get fixed

So my truck broke down after hitting a big bump and knocked a wiring harness lose which caused a wire to short and blow out my fuse box. Dealership fixed it for $640 and installed a new fuse box and ran a wire from engine bay to fuse box and this is what it looks like… they didn’t even putting it in the plastic looming and looks like a DIY job not a dealership level job. Any thoughts?
