I am 8 months postpartum. How to know whether i am depressed or just stressed out. When i went to the psychiatrist , she didnt even talk to me for five minutes and prescribed anti depressent straight away
My in-laws were from a lower middle class family. My fil used to run a road side shop. They have two sons.my husband is the eldest. My husband studied in a government school and completed college by taking an education loan. Then he got placed in an MNC. His first month's salary is 23k. He started taking care of his parents right then. He used to give 10k every month to his parents. Now he is earning 80k per month.My husband's family is in a third tier town . So the cost of living is not that much expensive. They were living in their own house. But his younger brother is so irresponsible.my in laws started looting money from my husband to settle down their younger son. Whenever i cook a special dish for my husband ,my mil asks me to do the same for my brother in law. If i praise my husband ,she expects me to praise her younger son too. She always says i have to take care of her younger son as my own child. They even demanded us to buy a house which was 60lakh on loan so that their two sons could live together but we denied. Whenever they come to know that we have money they come with commitments. If we do anything for us, they feel insecure and demand something. If we plan a trip as a couple, they come with the idea of buying a new car .when we got pregnant, within three days they arranged their younger son's wedding and asked us to take care of all his wedding expenses. This time i spoke to them directly that we have commitments ahead so we couldnt take his wedding expense. For our wedding expense ,we took a loan and took care of it by ourselves. So it's your younger son's responsibility to take care of his wedding expenses like that i said. They got offended . They stopped talking to us and never visited us and my baby. I heard they cursed me and my baby. Did i do anything wrong? Please tell me.
