Customer manners

As a tech, I got to be honest, the amount of jobs I get that the customers car is absolutely disgusting
Or in a hard to manage place like a city alley, or street parking in which they require a recalibration is nuts, First contact for Safelite doesn’t explain anything that the tech needs, and when we arrive to let them know, we usually get the heat from them. Customers, help us out a bit, give some leeway and work with us a bit
