Looking for a studio/1b for 10 months
I am a graduate student at Georgia Tech and I’m looking to rent a studio apartment in Midtown starting in August 2026 for 10 months. My budget is $1,600-1,800 per month. I’d prefer a unit from a private lord ideally in Viewpoint/Metropolis/Piazza midtown condos.
Please note I am only interested in a studio or a 1B1B apartment, no shared ones please.
