You have to go through the process of becoming a cenobyte everytime you switch jumps, you can go back to 'normal human' form after removing the various objects from your being. You can have a week-a month between jumps. You keep your history and personality. Leviathan can be a benefactor, but I was thinking more you made a bad deal and now have to go through various kinds of torment in order to 'prove' you earned your powers (Perks)

If a server/waiter finds out about an allergen but doesn't inform the kitchen or the food runner, is the food runner legally liable for damages since they physically served the food?

I have a situation where a server didn't disclose allergies to the kitchen due to believing that that the food didn't contain said allergen. The food runner who brought out the food was asked if it contained the allergen and was unsure, and so consulted the two servers who assured the runner that the food was allergen free. Since the kitchen wasn't informed, the food still contained the allergen and after a few bites the customer had to be rushed out due to a severe allergic reaction.

Is the food runner liable for damages under these circumstances?
