I heard parking is going to be a nightmare, I've found info about parking at the shrine auditorium but is there a shuttle from campus or something?

What's the deal with the guys who hang out in front of the fish grill and starbucks at Hollywood Ave and verdugo? Why are they always there no matter the time of day?

Even when I think they aren't there, I'll look again and they're just further into the parking lot.
