I'm 99% sure yogurt, kefir etc. makes my brain fog way worse
I've experimented with kefir and greek yogurt, and it seems that every single time i start to incorporate them, my fog gets insanely bad.
I drink a lot of milk, and eat butter, cream etc. without any problems, but as soon as it's a fermented type of dairy, it destroys me.
I don't know if it's the probiotics or the histamines, or maybe a bit of both.
