Has anyone got any opinions to share about fume extractors for use with a 30W fibre laser? I'm hoping to find a small unit suitable for home/desktop use. I'm new to laser engraving (just for occasional hobby work) but have picked up that a fume extractor is pretty much essential - preferably with both HEPA and carbon filters.

Hey all, does anyone know if there's a way to upscale EzCad2 for 4k monitors? It's way too small for my aging eyes.
I'm hoping to avoid having to adjust the monitor scale which will affect all apps or buying a dedicated 2k display.
I'm using the free version supplied with a ComMarker B4 20W laser but would be happy to pay for a full license if necessary.

The cooling fan (I assume that's whats making the noise) on my B4 20W seems to run forever after an engraving job of say 3-4 minutes. Is this normal and should I wait for it to stop or can I just power off?
I tried emailing the manufacturer a couple of times but got no reply.

Is there a simple way to place multiple texts on a single surface for engraving with EzCad2? I want to engrave a small metal panel with legends for the switches and buttons eg "POWER", "ON", "OFF", etc. I'm using a ComMarker B4 20W.
I understand how to edit and position a single text string but it seems the red outline function cannot show the positions of separate text boxes. Do I have to engrave them one at a time with a separate file for each text?

Total beginner here. Can anyone suggest Ezcad2 settings that have worked successfully for black marking plain aluminium?
I'm using a ComMarker B4 20w laser with 110 lens, EzCad2 and Brilliance 101 Laser marking Spray.
My attempts so far have been disappointing and I'm a bit lost among all the EzCad parameters.
